Be obvious
When constructing your website, ensure that any potential visitors can access your contact details at any time on any page. In your navigation bar, always keep a 'Contact Us' Page independently, so a visitor does not have to wade through main categories and sub categories to find it.
You should also incorporate your telephone number into your header, in the top right space for people who would perhaps prefer to ring and speak to a real person compared to using a contact form. There's still a large demographic of potential customers who are not as computer savvy as they would like to be and it's nice to remind them that if they need you they can give you a simple telephone call and converse with a real person.
