What is email marketing and how do we do it?

Email marketing is a way of communicating your marketing message via email. It can take many forms but typically is in the form of a newsletter which includes graphics, text and links. We use the world's number one email marketing platfrom Constant Contact and match your website design or create you a new look newsletter template. We take your text and images and arrange in an eye-catching but easy to follow format, add links to relevant sections on your website and make suggestions on news items, reasons for your readers to act, etc.

All you need to do next is provide us with your database as an xml file, this can easily be done using Microsoft Outlook, Access or various other applications. We will then show you your newsletter at proof stage and send out once you have agreed it. We will also maintain your newsletter database and add new contacts for you. You will have access to all the wide range of reporting features available with Constant Contact.

Further newsletters (using same template) but with new images and text £145 per newsletter

Or pay monthly (After deposit of £375 plus Vat) £209 plus Vat over 12 months. This includes 1 newsletter per month.
