Who owns the logo design copyright? How do I trademark my logo design?
Vizcom own the copyright to your logo design but once the logo design is paid for we surrender the copyright (not many design companies do this). We are more than happy to sign a document to this effect
How long does it take? How many designs will I see?
We produce a minimum of six designs for £290 plus Vat once we have taken a detailed brief from you. Vizcom believe that customer feedback is the best way to choose your logo design so we always suggest showing your designs to as many existing or potential customers as possible. Once we have that feedback we can change colours, fonts and mix and match the designs until the logo design is agreed. This process can be as quick as three days but generally takes around two weeks to complete.
What happens if I don't like any of the logo designs Vizcom produce?
If you don't like the designs we create and you have shown them around for feedback, we will analyse the feedback and try again. If we get the same result then we will return your money in full.
